Booster club tree sales keep bats swinging
NPHS baseball supporters sell trees to help sports program stay on base

WENDY PIERRO/Acorn Newspapers 'TIS THE SEASON- Newbury High School baseball boosters and players opened their Christmas tree lot over Thanksgiving weekend. The lot has more than 400 trees ranging in price from $20 to $195. Another shipment of 500 trees will arrive on Fri., Dec. 7. Players will help customers with all aspects of tree buying, and delivery is available.
The Newbury Park High School baseball boosters is hosting its 13th annual Christmas tree lot at the Newbury Park Library Plaza at Borchard Road and Michael Drive in Newbury Park.

The lot is open from noon to 9 p.m. weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Proceeds support the NPHS baseball program.
