Masters swim team announces new location for workouts

South Coast Masters Swimming will now have team workouts at Oaks Christian School as well as its usual sessions at California Lutheran University.

Workouts at Oaks Christian School are from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The school is at 31749 La Tienda Drive, Westlake Village.

CLU workouts are from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Sundays, from 7 to 8 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.

CLU i s at 60 W. Olsen Road, in Thousand Oaks.

The coached workouts are a blend of warm-ups, drilling, pulling, kicking and main swimming sets.
