SERVING IN UNIFORM

Air Force Airman Elliot Reuven has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, and earned credits toward an associate degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

He is a 2007 graduate of Westlake High School and the son of Martha Reuven of Westlake Village.

Marine Corps Pfc. Daniel M. Castro recently completed the Basic Food Service Course with Marine Corps Detachment, U.S. Army Quartermaster Center, Fort Lee, Va., and was also promoted to his current rank.

Castro is a 2005 graduate of Thousand Oaks High School and the son of Galdina and Jose Castro of Thousand Oaks.

Air Force Airman Irving A. Paz Tapia has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, and earned credits toward an associate degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

He is the son of Antonio Paz of Thousand Oaks and a 2006 graduate of Thousand Oaks High School.
