Washington Mutual announces two new additions

Gunnar Pydde, vice president of the Washington Mutual home loan center of Westlake, announced two new additions to the company: Brad Cottrell and Diego Germann.

The men are in the top 1 percent in sales for the wholesale companies they previously worked for.

Germann and Cottrell began working together in 2004 at Ownit Mortgage Solutions Inc.

"They are two of the brightest and committed loan executives in the mortgage business," said Bill Dallas, the former CEO of Ownit Mortgage who worked with the men for three years.

Washington Mutual's home loan division is ranked the nation's leading retail lender in customer satisfaction by J.D. Power and Associates this year.
