Winners start their first lap

WALKING WITH A NEW LEASE ON LIFE- Cancer survivors, from left, Bernice Jones of Thousand Oaks, Kathi Flury of Westlake Village and Carol Keatley of Newbury Park walk arm-in-arm as they start their first lap in the annual Relay for Life. The event, which raises money for the American Cancer Society, stepped off Saturday morning at Newbury Park High School and continued all night long, ending on Sunday morning.
