HIGHER EDUCATION- Henry Zee, left, a representative of Penn State University, explains the programs available to NPHS junior Jeffery Zuckerman and his parents, Allan and Judy, during a College Faire held at Newbury Park High School last month. Representatives from more than 60 colleges were on hand to provide information to parents and students. Recruiters from various armed forces were also in attendance, and testing workshops were offered.
