Live and silent auctions will benefit programs at CLU

The Community Leaders Association's 2007 auction will be held Sat., Oct. 27 at California Lutheran University's new Gilbert Sports and Fitness Center.

The live and silent auctions will include vacation packages, jewelry, home entertainment items, dining experiences, golf packages and tickets to professional sporting events.

The silent auction begins at 6 p.m.

Proceeds from the auction benefit academic programs at the university.

Tickets are $140 per person, of which $90 is tax-deductible.

Sponsorships at the $1,000, $2,500 and $5,000 levels are available through today, Oct. 4.
