Pavilion would present dangers

My husband and I have been made aware that the Conejo Recreation and Park District is considering developing a party pavilion in the open space adjacent to Dos Vientos. Please leave this for open space.

We are strongly opposed to this for many reasons, but a major concern is the already very dangerous road conditions, racing and teenagers hanging out in the vicinity.

There are accidents too often already with pedestrians and bicyclists on the roads, especially so near the Potrero drop-off.

Please do not do this, for the sake of our children's safety, not to mention the beautiful open space, oak trees and trails that will be destroyed.
