Temple Adat Elohim holds Tuesday Socials

The Greatest Generation of Temple Adat Elohim sponsors a Tuesday Social from 2 to 4 p.m. every week at the Social Hall of the temple, 2420 E. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

Anyone age 60 and older is welcome. Refreshments are served, and entertainment is provided.

Activities for October include a movie on Oct. 9; "The Big Bands Revisited" with Shelley Cohen, conductor, musician and lecturer on Oct. 16; another movie Oct. 23; and "I Will Walk with You," selections of biblical text for discussion presented by Lisa Bock Oct. 30.

The socials are supported by the Jewish Federation and the temple's Sisterhood.
