Boys & Girls Clubs plan gala dinner

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Conejo & Las Virgenes hosts the fifth annual Gala Dinner and Auction, "Opening New Doors," on Sat., Oct. 20 at the Four Seasons Westlake Village, Two Dole Drive.

Master of ceremonies will be actor John O'Hurley of "Monty Python's Spamalot" in Las Vegas. Guest at the Sponsors' Reception will be Paul Michael Glaser, actor, director and honorary chair of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS foundation.

Matt Finder, member of "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" band, will lead a jazz ensemble.

A $10-million campaign is underway to build additional clubs in northwest Los Angeles County and eastern Ventura County.
