Survivor will give personal perspective on the Holocaust

The Conejo Recreation and Park District will present "Remembering the Holocaust: a Historical and Personal Perspective" with Elane Geller at 3:30 and 7 p.m. Thurs., Oct. 11 at the Goebel Senior Adult Center, 1385 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

Geller was one of the youngest survivors of the Holocaust. She will talk about overcoming adversity and learning perseverance.

The program is free. Seating is limited, and reservations are recommended.
