Grill on the Alley to open at Promenade

Grill Concepts Inc. has announced plans for the company's sixth Grill on the Alley restaurant to open at the Promenade shopping center in Thousand Oaks in the summer of 2008.

The Westlake Grill on the Alley will accommodate up to 200 guests in 7,700 square feet of indoor and patio dining space. Located on the corner of Westlake and Thousand Oaks boulevards, the restaurant will serve a classic American menu of steaks, chops, seafood, pasta and salads.

"The Promenade at Westlake is a prime location with great demographics for us to extend our wellknown, finedining restaurant concept," said Philip Gay, the restaurant's chief executive officer. Grill Concepts owns 27 restaurants nationwide under the brand names Grill on the Alley and Daily Grill.
