      St. Paschal Baylon Church will host its annual Parish Festival Fri. through Sun., Oct. 19, 20 and 21 at Moorpark and Janss roads in Thousand Oaks. Hours of operation are Friday from 6 to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.
