Young adults go bowling

Connect, the Young Adult Ministry at Ascension Lutheran Church in Thousand Oaks, will meet at 8 p.m. Fri., Sept. 21 at Starbucks on Madera Road and Royal Avenue in Simi Valley for refreshments and then move on at 9 p.m. to Harley's Simi Bowl, 480 E. Los Angeles Ave., for unlimited cosmic bowling.

The event is for married and single people ages 21 to 35.

Cost is $10 per person for bowling, shoes included.
