Lupe's Restaurant applies for entertainment- mariachi music

Will Lupe's Restaurant, at 1710 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., be allowed to have live mariachi music playing in their Mexican restaurant?

That's one of the questions that tentatively will come before the Thousand Oaks Planning Commission Monday.

Also scheduled are issues concerning a proposed new Armstrong Garden Center at 928 Thousand Oaks Blvd. The merging of two parcels, the removal of four oaks- two of which are dead- and the encroachment on five oaks will be discussed before the commission.

And Panattoni Development, 2101 Corporate Center Drive, wants to change use from industrial to office, with exterior building, parking and landscaping modifications.
