T.O. La Leche League to hold auction

La Leche League of Thousand Oaks will hold a silent auction luncheon at 11 a.m. Wed., Sept. 19 at Borchard Community Park, 190 Reino Road, Newbury Park.

The league will provide free food and children's entertainment. The public is encouraged to attend. More than 50 items will be available for bidding.

La Leche League of Thousand Oaks holds monthly meetings at 10 a.m. the first Wednesday of each month at the Newbury Park Library, 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park. Meetings are free; babies are welcome; and membership is not required.

La Leche League International is a nonprofit organization that offers breastfeeding education through mother-to-mother support groups.
