PERFECTLY CASUAL- - Bailey Kudla-Williams, 12, of Newbury Park shows her winning entry in the 2007 Lemon Fest kids' T-shirt contest. She was awarded a $100 Visa gift card, and her winning artwork became the official Lemon Fest T-shirt. The Lemon Fest, "A Celebration of Ventura County's Lemon Groves," was held last weekend at the Pacific View Mall in Ventura.
