First Neighborhood celebrates anniversary

The First Neighborhood Property Owners Association will celebrate its 40th anniversary from 1 to 9 p.m. Sun., Sept. 9 at the Berniece Bennett Park and First Neighborhood Community Center of Westlake Village.

The private event is open to current and former First Neighborhood homeowners and their families.

Family oriented activities and food will be provided.

Advance tickets are $10 each. The cost will be $20 at the door.

Children 5 and under will be admitted free.
