Keeping cool

KIDS PLUS WATER- Cathleen De La Torre of T.O. writes: "On Sunday as temperatures reached 100-plus degrees, my children were tired of being at home. . . . We went to Janss Marketplace and found the best thing. The new fountain is amazing. I sat and watched my children play for four hours. They played, met new friends and kept cool.
