T.O. woman charged with two counts of insurance fraud
      Lorrie Ann Dingman, 40, of Thousand Oaks was recently arrested and charged with two counts of auto insurance fraud, according to the district attorney's office of Ventura County. Dingman was involved in a low-speed, rear-end collision. She sued Sentry Insurance Co. for $487,263.
