ART SOAKS IN--Megan Castiel, 9, of Thousand Oaks enjoys the drops falling from "In Praise to the Great Spirit," the new fountain at Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks. Unveiled on Saturday, the bronze sculpture of a Chumash man shooting an arrow skyward was designed by artist De L'Esprie. The piece incorporates fog, a waterfall and vertical jets of water.
