Preparing a memorable meal

READY FOR ACTION- - Eric Frechon, the executive chef at the Bristol Hotel in Paris, works in the kitchen at Amuse Bouche in Simi Valley. Amuse Bouche Fine Dining hosted a prix fixe dinner in which executive chef/owner Sylvain Rivet invited internationally renowned chefs Frechon and Josiah Citrin to join him in the kitchen and prepare a five-course meal of delicacies in French and California cuisine.
