Toastmasters to host humor competition

Toastmasters Club TOTAL will host a Humorous Speech Contest from noon to 1 p.m. Thurs., Sept. 6 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, Oaks Room on the third level, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks.

Admission is free, and the public is welcome.
