Trash collection to be a day late next week

In observance of the Labor Day holiday, employees of Newbury Disposal will take the day off on Mon., Sept. 3.

Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park residential customers will have their trash, recyclables and green waste collected one day later than usual during the week of Sept. 3 through 9.

The regular schedule will resume the following week.
