Medical insurance and rich patients are paying for the new hospital wing

I regret these negative words in the midst of all the praise and awe concerning the new hospital wing. It reminds me of the verbiage which accompanied the air bombardment reopening the Iraq War, but I digress.

"The future of healthcare may have arrived" locally. I recognize the technological advancements, but I see little significance in posh single rooms, mammoth lobbies, valet parking, etc., on our "sicko" national healthcare system overall, as urban hospitals close and the majority of our populace won't have the means- - dollars or insurance- - for such niceties.
