Public speaker should stick to comedy

I don't think that John Bravo can be characterized as an antiSemite.

He fought in World War II, and, thanks to his service, many Holocaust survivors are alive today.

But in conducting a discussion on comparative religion, he struck a terrible nerve raising the questions "Did the Holocaust take place?" and "How many actually died in the Holocaust?" The evidence is overwhelming.

Would John Bravo question the bombing of Pearl Harbor? Would John Bravo question the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon?

Retired dentist Michael Berger summarized the situation succinctly when he stated John Bravo wasn't qualified to conduct a discussion on comparative religion.

For years John Bravo conducted classes in comedy skits at Goebel Center.

Expanding into comparative religion was beyond his ken. Samuel M. Rosen Newbury Park
