Delicious fundraiser held at Gardens of the World
HEALTHY AND YUMMY, TOO- Four Seasons Hotel Onyx restaurant chef Masa Shimakawa prepares a sushi creation called Hawaiian Poke. It includes tuna, avocado and micro greens. It was available Saturday at the Cardiac Kids Have HEART Foundation fundraiser at Gardens of the World in Thousand Oaks. HEART is an acronym for Helping Educate, Assist, Research and Treat heart disease.
