DELICIOUS AND GOOD FOR YOU- Susie and Dave Saltmarsh of Thousand Oaks sample ahi tartare with avocado and sesame seeds, prepared by Chapter 8 restaurant chef Matthew Briggs. It was available Saturday at the Cardiac Kids Have HEART Foundation fundraiser at Gardens of the World in Thousand Oaks. HEART is an acronym for Helping Educate, Assist, Research and Treat child and adult heart disease.
