Daughters of the American Revolution to host a tea

The Conejo Valley Chapter of the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution will have a prospective member tea from 1 to 4 p.m. Sat., Sept. 8 in the Marvin E. Smith community room of the Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

Guests will meet members of the Conejo Valley chapter and learn what they need to do to become members of the society.
