Newbury Park

Regarding a domestic violence incident that occurred at 9:40 a.m. Aug. 9 in the 200 block of Davis Drive, a male, 25, was arrested 25 minutes later at 10:05 a.m. in the 2700 block of Townsgate Road where he worked.

Between 12:35 and 1 p.m. Aug. 8, somebody took a truck without permission in the 1300 block of Ramona Drive and then stole more than $400 worth of valuables. The vehicle was found a short time later.

An unlocked dwelling in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive provided easy access for a burglar between 11:35 and 11:45 p.m. Aug. 8.

Thousand Oaks

Two subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. One was a male, 33, at 12:45 a.m. Aug. 8 on the northbound 23 Freeway at Olsen Road, and the other was a male, 22, at 5:23 p.m. the same day in the 700 block of N. Moorpark Road.

On July 6 or 7, property was vandalized in the 300 block of Erbes Road.

Felony vandalism (more than $400 damage) occurred in the 800 block of Calle Margarita the night of July 6.

An apartment complex in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive was vandalized with graffiti on July 24 or 25.

A wristwatch was stolen from a home in the 2600 block of Capella Way between 1 and 2:15 p.m. Aug. 7.

A known suspect shoplifted at a store in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive at 6:25 p.m. Aug. 8.

Property in the 100 block of Lear Circle was vandalized, causing permanent damage, the night of Aug. 8. The loss was estimated at $4,000.
