Volleyball players earn gold

Nineteen years after winning a gold medal for the United States Olympic volleyball team, Jeff Stork helped guide the Santa Monica Beach Volleyball Club to a gold medal at the Junior Olympics in Atlanta, Ga.

Stork led the boys' team in the 17-and-under Open Division, a squad that included two local players- Shea Gallagher and Cyrus Kiani. Gallagher attends Crespi High while residing in T.O. Kiani will be a senior at TOHS.
