Rewarded for helping animal shelter

EXCELLENCE- - Members of Troop No. 962 have captured the Bronze Award, one of the highest in Girl Scouts. They helped the Agoura Animal Shelter by collecting 10 large bags of pet food, towels, other supplies and Petco gift certificates, which will be redeemed for other items needed by the shelter. The girls prepared and distributed fliers that solicited donations to more than 80 homes in their neighborhoods. Girls in the troop are Sarah Bence, Blaire Consales, Lauren Lim, Amanda Meyer, Saige Moloian, Robin Ossentjuk, Kayla Priske, Madison Weeks and Jordan Wood.
