The following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: a female, 21, at 1:22 a.m. July 30 in the 2300 block of Borchard Road; a male, 43, at 12:05 a.m. July 31 at Camino Dos Rios and Broadbeck Drive; and a female, 20, at 12:25 p.m. July 28 in the 1700 block of Calle Turquesa (after an accident at Hillcrest Drive and Paseo La Perla).

At 9:45 p.m. July 27, a male, 26, was arrested in the 1200 block of Newbury Road on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

A male, 32, allegedly violated a restraining order by coming within 100 yards of the protected person on Rancho Conejo Boulevard on July 16. He was also arrested for allegedly punching her boyfriend.

A male, 49, during an argument allegedly pushed an elderly victim down and then took money from the victim's purse at 3:59 p.m. July 28 in the 200 block of Twin Falls Court. The arrest occurred, however, on July 31 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road.

Booked for indecent exposure after he was observed allegedly masturbating adjacent to a public park was a male, 29, the afternoon of July 31 in the 3200 block of Bear Creek.

A female, 20, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. July 26 when she allegedly tried to steal and fraudulently return merchandise for cash. She had allegedly stolen merchandise valued at more than $500 from the same store (2700 block of Teller Road) a week earlier. She was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Her boyfriend, a male, 19, was also arrested on charges of grand theft and falsely identifying himself to a police officer at the same time and location.

A thief opened an unlocked car and stole a purse in the 1800 block of Red Robin Place the night of July 31.

A male, 20, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at 11:13 p.m. July 26 at Dena and Michael drives.

A female, 22, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance when she was stopped regarding a burglary at 1:30 p.m. July 28 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road. The alleged theft occurred, however, at a store at Newbury and E. Kelly roads.

A gang graffiti incident occurred on July 26 or 27 in the 2600 block of Elvira Street. A similar crime took place during the same time period in the 200 block of Henry Drive.

Someone tried to break into a vehicle in the 3700 block of Old Conejo Road between July 16 and 25.

Mail was stolen in the 2900 block of Michael Drive the afternoon of July 5. The incident was only recently reported.

A female, 26, was caught after she allegedly tried to steal a jacket from a retailer in the 700 block of N. Wendy Drive the evening of July 26.

A male, 19, was arrested the evening of July 28 in a dirt field west of Ramona Drive for allegedly throwing a rock at a vehicle (causing a head injury) in the 1500 block of Newbury Road. The suspect was taken into custody for assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism and for street terrorism.

Thousand Oaks

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 62, at 7:05 p.m. July 31 in the 1700 block of Moorpark Road; a male, 46, at 8:49 p.m. July 23 on T.O. Boulevard at Cunningham Drive; a male, 24, at 10:32 p.m. July 26 in the 1100 block of Ramona Drive (also cited for driving on an expired license and for possession of marijuana); and a female, 29, at 1:40 a.m. July 28 at T.O. Boulevard and Los Feliz Drive.

Two males were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance; one was a 33-year-old at Skyline Drive and T.O. Boulevard at 7:01 p.m. July 25, and the other was a 29-year-old at Lynn Road and Avenida de Los Arboles at 8 p.m. July 26.

A male, 22, was arrested on a robbery charge at 11:30 a.m. July 31 in the 600 block of Calle Pensamiento regarding an incident that occurred in the 1700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard on June 26.

Arrested in the city of Thousand Oaks transportation yard at 7:30 a.m. July 26 was a male, 33, who may have been involved in the theft of a wallet on July 11 in the first block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A female, 18, was placed under citizen's arrest at 5 p.m. July 31 for allegedly shoplifting at a store in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

On a charge of hit-and-run at E. Hillcrest Drive and McCloud Avenue, a male, 24, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. Aug. 1 at St. Charles Drive and Wilbur Road.

A bicycle was stolen from a carport between 9:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. July 31 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road.

Between 7 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 1 in the 800 block of Emerson Street, a bicycle was stolen from the curb.

The front headlights of a vehicle were stolen somewhere in Thousand Oaks during daytime on Aug. 1.

Property was stolen from a business in the 1100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard between 1 and 10:30 a.m. July 31.

Cited and released for trying to steal a bottle of lotion from a store in the 2400 block of Willow Lane was a female, 53, at 11:30 a.m. July 24.

Something was stolen from an office at The Oaks mall between July 2 and 17.

A block wall was targeted with graffiti in the 2300 block of Los Feliz Drive on July 25 or 26.

Items valued at more than $400 were stolen from an unlocked vehicle between July 24 and 26 at Houston and Irving drives.

Something was shoplifted from a store in the 400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive the afternoon of July 23.

A woman's purse was stolen in the 400 block of Rolling Oaks Drive between July 23 and 25.

A vehicle in the 400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles was broken into and burglarized between 4 and 6:30 a.m. July 28.

A vehicle was broken into and burglarized on July 27 or 28 in the 1300 block of E. Hillcrest Drive. The suspect(s) also spray painted graffiti next to the victim's vehicle and around the apartment complex.

The following were cited and released for drinking alcohol in public: a male, 31, at 6:35 p.m. July 28 in the 700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; and three males, 40, 41 and 46, at 7 p.m. July 28 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

T.O./Westlake

At 6:03 p.m. July 31 at Hillcrest Drive and Westlake Boulevard, a female, 39, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The following subjects at the times, dates and places indicated were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: a male, 37, at 6:08 p.m. July 26 at Westlake Boulevard and the 101 Freeway; a male, 22, at 6:26 p.m. July 26 at Westlake Boulevard and the 101 Freeway; and a female, 20, at 7 p.m. July 26 in the 3200 block of N. Blue Ridge.

Between 10:30 and 11:34 p.m. July 28 in the 2800 block of Agoura Road, something was stolen from a female, 25.
