BARBARA SYFACUNDA OF WESTLAKE VILLAGE SAYS- - ''I am a big squirrel fan and want to see if my picture can make it in the Acorn. A few months back, I found three squirrels in our yard who had fallen from a tall tree, including the whole nest. My husband and my two sons (11 and 9) took them in and saved them." The squirrels spent time with a wildlife rehabber, according to Syfacunda, and they were trained for an eventual release. "The rehabber returned them to our yard, and now we can enjoy them making friends in our neighborhood," Syfacunda said. We always say, "All ends well that ends well" (or something like that).
