Will Iraqis be as forgiving as the Vietnamese?

I was amazed that when several Vietnamese were questioned, they all said that they do not hate us for the Vietnam War, Agent Orange, etc.

In 40 years, what will Iraqi people say about the Iraqi War, depleted uranium, etc.?
