SOMETHING NEW- - Patrick Wood of Ventura, an employee with Underwood Family Farms, explains to Madeleine Fitzer of Westlake Village how to cook radish tops at the Thousand Oaks Certified Farmers' Market. "I had no idea," said Fitzer after hearing that radish tops can be delicious if properly cooked. The farmers' market is open Thursdays at the old city hall on Hillcrest Drive, east of The Oaks.
