Bright, both 4 of Thousand Oaks, enjoy bulldozing the dirt on the floor of The
Oaks mall after meeting TV character "Bob the Builder" and getting free
stickers, hard hats, cones and toy bulldozers. Bob made three appearances last
Saturday afternoon, providing photo opportunities and fun for local children and
families.
