Pinnacle of Scouting

SOARING- Christopher Jew, 16, spreads the word about the completion of his Eagle Scout project- painting the wrought iron fence surrounding the preschool at Westminster Presbyterian Church in the city of Westlake Village. By becoming an Eagle Scout, Christopher has reached the highest rank in Scouting. He lives in Newbury Park, where he attends NPHS and is involved with many extracurricular activities. He's a member of Troop No. 753.
