For suspicion of driving while drunk or under the influence of a controlled substance, a male, 28, was arrested at 11:32 a.m. June 30 at Michael Drive and Borchard Road.

The following were arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 20, at 9:55 p.m. June 29 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda; a male, 52, at 10:58 p.m. July 3 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park; and a female, 18, at 8:55 p.m. June 30 in the 6000 block of Avenida de La Plata.

At 4:52 p.m. June 256 in the 200 block of Pepper Road, a male, 21, allegedly threatened to shoot two victims. He was also arrested for illegal possession of rattlesnakes.

A male, 18, was at 2:50 a.m. July 1 cited for drinking beer in public at Michael and Cathy drives.

Several suspects were caught at Target the afternoon of June 16 after they tried to switch price tags on merchandise.

The glass door to a business was smashed and property was stolen between 4:45 and 5 a.m. June 28 in the 3600 block of Old Conejo Road.

Items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 4100 block of Blackwood Street between 4 and 4:10 a.m. June 28.

Eggs were thrown on June 24 at a vehicle in the 1200 block of Rotella Street.

A fountain and a glass-top table were vandalized between June 24 and 27 in the 200 block of Sea Breeze Street (a loss of $2,200).

A male, 24, was at 5:29 a.m. July 1 arrested for possession of a sawed-off shotgun at Ramona Drive and Ventu Park Road.

An unlocked vehicle provided easy access for a thief on June 30 or July 1 in the 900 block of Grayrock Street.

The night of June 30, valuables were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 3400 block of Michael Drive.

At 5 p.m. June 23, a female, 38, was allegedly driving a stolen vehicle at Ventu Park Road and Robertson Way.

A male, 47, was arrested in the wake of a domestic disturbance at 12:35 p.m. July 1 in the 900 block of La Grange Avenue.

A male, 24, was arrested for petty theft at 11:44 a.m. July 2 in the 2300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

At 10:16 p.m. July 2 in the 1700 block of Calle Turquesa, a male, 19, was arrested for possession of alcohol.

After he allegedly punched a female in the face, shoved her, punched her body and pushed her against a flight of stairs, a male, 24, was arrested for battery at 2:50 p.m. July 3 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road regarding an incident that occurred at 1:47 p.m. in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda.

A male, 75, was arrested for shoplifting at 2:50 p.m. July 3 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

A home in the 200 block of Lynn Oaks Avenue was broken into and burglarized between 10:30 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. June 29.

Debris was set on fire in the east parking lot of Borchard Park near Gerald Avenue at 1:25 a.m. July 1.

A suspect was caught when he tried to steal merchandise from a business in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive at 5 p.m. July 1.

Someone was caught trying to steal items form Home Depot at 2:50 p.m. July 3.

Somebody illegally tried to enter a vehicle at 1:30 a.m. July 4 in the 3400 block of Henry Drive.

A theft took place at a building in the 3300 block of Michael Drive between noon July 3 and noon July 4.

Unspecified property was deliberately and intentionally destroyed in the 600 block of Avenida de La Plata between July 2 and 4.

Merchandise from Kohl's was stolen at 2 p.m. July 4.

Four wheels were stolen between June 29 and July 2 from a vehicle in the 1100 block of Newbury Road.

A male, 50, was injured when his left foot touched a pyrotechnic device at 10:56 p.m. July 5 in the 3300 block of William Drive.

Thousand Oaks

The following were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/ or drugs: a female, 18, at 11:40 p.m. June 29 in the 600 block of Calle Zafiro; a male, 30, at 8:27 p.m. June 30 in the 800 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 23, at 8:56 p.m. June 30 on Houston Drive, north of T.O. Boulevard; a female, 21, at 10:15 p.m. June 22 in the 1700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; and a female, 18, at 2:15 a.m. July 5 on Olsen Road, east of Hardy Lane.

The following were arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances at the times, dates and places indicated: a female, 45, (also cited for possession and of drug paraphernalia) and a male, 39, (also cited for possession of prescription medicine without a prescription) at 4 p.m. June 27 in the 2300 block of N. Moorpark Road; a male, 34, at 9:30 a.m. June 28 in the 3200 block of Cherrywood Avenue; a male, 40, at 9:40 p.m. July 3 in the 700 block of Avenida de Las Flores; a male, 33, at 8:15 a.m. July 5 in the 100 block of N. Skyline Drive; a female, 29, at 10 a.m. July 5 in the 100 block of N. Skyline Drive; and two males, 21 and 21, at 6:34 p.m. July 5 in the 800 block of Camino Dos Rios (after they had allegedly tried to steal a radar detector from a vehicle).

In the 1300 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard at 11:15 a.m. June 23, a male, 18, was cited and released for possession of marijuana.

Five people were arrested for public intoxication at the Janss Road Park and Ride lot at 9:45 p.m. June 28: two females, 46 and 38; and three males, 58, 41 and 40.

The early morning of June 29, a male, 21, was arrested in the 1700 block of Sweet Briar Place regarding a hit and run accident at Pederson Road and Rustic Glen Place at 1:13 a.m.

When she was arrested for theft at 8:56 p.m. June 29 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive, a female, 32, was also in possession of three hypodermic syringes and a substance believed to be cocaine.

After he was stopped for throwing a lit cigarette from his vehicle on the 23 Freeway at 10:30 p.m. June 29, a male, 18, was also found to be in possession of marijuana while driving.

A male, 18, was arrested for trespassing a home in the 2200 block of Laurelwood Drive at 4:15 June 30.

For drinking alcohol in public at 4:45 p.m. June 30 in the 1300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, a male, 54, was cited and released.

When a male, 51, was observed drinking an alcoholic beverage at 5:10 p.m. June 30, he was asked by a deputy if he knew that drinking in public was against the law. The subject said he "didn't care" and he was given a citation for violating a city law.

A male, 30, was cited and released for drinking beer in public at 5:25 p.m. June 30 in the 700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

In the 3100 block of Royal Oak Street at 7:16 p.m. June 30, a male, 40, was cited for drinking an alcoholic beverage in public.

A vehicle was vandalized between 1 and 3 a.m. May 27 in the 2400 block of Vista Wood Circle. The incident was only recently reported.

A male, 24, sustained a ¾-inch laceration to his right rear shoulder after he was assaulted by somebody with a sharp-edged weapon around 11 a.m. June 23 in the 1200 block of Dover Avenue.

The locks to 10 businesses (maybe more) in the 100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard were picked by burglar(s) who stole valuables between 11:30 a.m. June 23 and 7:45 a.m. June 25.

A theft of merchandise occurred at an office supply store in the 300 block of N. Moorpark Road at 7:30 a.m. June 25.

Two suspects tried to steal merchandise from Macy's the afternoon of June 27.

Someone threw a brick which damaged a car mirror and door between midnight and 12:45 a.m. June 28 in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A male, 18, was attacked by unknown individuals and he sustained minor injuries around midnight June 28 in the 200 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

A vehicle window in the 800 block of Brush Hill Road was smashed the night of June 27.

Eggs were thrown at a vehicle (causing $2,000 damage) the night of May 24 in the 1500 block of Holly Court. The incident was only recently reported.

A hardware store was broken into the night of June 28 in the 1900 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A construction site was targeted by burglars on June 28 or 29 in the 1300 block of Pathfinder.

Someone who was trying to steal items at Macy's on June 27 was caught.

For public drunkenness, a male, 47, was at 10:05 p.m. June 30 arrested in the first block of E. Hillcrest.

A male, 24, allegedly battered another person at 8:02 p.m. July 1 in the 2800 block of Marietta Circle.

A male, 36, was arrested for possession of a small baseball bat at 2:51 p.m. July 2 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive. The man told a deputy he wanted to use the bat on the person who had battered him.

A male, 43, was arrested for battery at 2:51 p.m. July 2 in the 100 block of N. Moorpark Road. The suspect was also cited for possession of marijuana.

A male, 30, was taken into custody after a domestic dispute at 11 p.m. July 2 in the first block of Maegan Place.

A male, 26, was arrested for stealing copper wire at 11:15 a.m. July 4 in the 300 block of Hampshire Road.

A pyrotechnic device was ignited on the hood of a vehicle, causing damages the night of June 30 in the 2000 block of Tilbury Court.

Credit cards were stolen from a wallet between June 29 and July 1 in the 100 block of E. Hillcrest Drive. The victim was female, 88.

Items were stolen from a purse in the 300 block of Flittner Circle between 12:30 and 1 a.m. July 2.

Conejo Elementary School was targeted with gang graffiti between June 29 and July 2.

Toilet paper was thrown at trees and other vegetation, eggs were broken on a driveway, an unknown substance was applied to garage doors and several plants were uprooted between midnight and 7:45 a.m. July 3 in the 3300 block of Windbridge Avenue.

A wallet was stolen at 9 p.m. July 2 in the 300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Vandalism was reported in the 200 block of Erbes Road. The incident occurred between 1 and 1:20 p.m. July 3.

A spray-painted vandalism incident occurred between 3 and 5:30 p.m. July 3 in the 900 block of Warwick Avenue.

Someone destroyed another person's cellphone by throwing it on the ground at 5:30 p.m. July 3 in the 700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard. The suspect also allegedly hit the victim, a male, 53, in the face and chest.

Between midnight and 1 a.m. July 4 in the 700 block of Warwick Avenue, gang-related graffiti was applied to a building.

Two females, 21 and 25, were allegedly battered after known suspects forced their way into a dwelling in the 200 block of Erbes Road at 11:45 a.m. July 3.

A mailbox was vandalized at 3:05 a.m. July 4 in the 1000 block of Saxton Place.

Several alcoholic beverages were stolen from a snack bar in the 200 block of S. Moorpark Road between 3 and 5 a.m. July 4.

A business window was vandalized with a rock on July 3 or 4 in the 300 block of W. Gainsborough Road.

Unspecified vandalism occurred the night of July 3 in the first block of Doone Street.

Between July 2 and 4, something was vandalized in the 2100 block of Young Avenue.

A graffiti incident occurred the afternoon of July 4 in the 1000 block of Calle Jazmin.

Two subjects, one a male, 26, were arrested for trespassing and theft at 11:15 a.m. July 4 in the 300 block of Hampshire Road.

When he was arrested for allegedly vandalizing $1,140 worth of items at 11:13 p.m. July 4, a male, 18, wouldn't comply with deputies and had to be restrained in the 900 block of Calle Tulipan.

Glenwood Elementary School was targeted with spray-painted graffiti between July 3 and 5.

Items were stolen from Redwood Middle School between July 3 and 5. No signs of forced entry were observed.

Items were stolen from a home's bathroom on June 24 or 25 in the 300 block of Flittner Circle.

Someone ran after he was observed reaching into a partially open car window at 6:20 p.m. July 5 in the 700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Westlake/T.O.

The loss was more than $10,000 after property was stolen from a car dealer in the 3700 block of Auto Mall Drive between June 24 and July 5.

A business in the 2200 block of Townsgate Road was broken into and burglarized between 4:59 and 5:41 a.m. June 28.

A business in the 800 block of S. Westlake Boulevard was the site of theft between 7:12 and 7:20 a.m. June 29.
