MAKING A SPLASH-- In the shade of a wide-brimmed
hat,10-month-old Luca Jacob of Newbury Park frolics in an inflatable pool as his
mother, Susan, and brother Milo, 4, relax nearby at Conejo Creek Park North in
Thousand Oaks. "He likes to play in the stream here, but he's too small, so I
brought him a pool to play in," Jacob said.
