Chinese Medicine Works opens in Newbury Park

Chinese Medicine Works, an acupuncture and herb clinic specializing in natural healing, has opened in Newbury Park at 2824 Camino Dos Rios.

The acupuncturist, Minhua Shen, is trained in conventional western and traditional Chinese medicine.

He is a graduate of Shanghai Medical University. He holds a Master of Science degree from Keck School of Medicine of USC and studied traditional Chinese medicine at Dongguk Royal University in Los Angeles.

Shen has expertise in stroke, injuries, allergy, asthma, pain management, infertility, facial rejuvenation, frequent night urination, sleeping disorder, IBS, menopause syndrome and more.

For the month of July, every new patient will get the first treatment for $25.
