CRACKDOWN COMING- A sleek sports car negotiates the turn known as Bull's Eye Rock on Mulholland Highway. The L.A. County Sheriff's Department is combining resources with the California Highway Patrol to crack down on drivers and motorcyclists who race or speed on roads in the Santa Monica Mountains.
