Chamber announces scholarships

The Thousand OaksWestlake Village Community Foundation, with support from the Thousand OaksWestlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce's Education Committee, awarded five area high school seniors each with a $1,000 scholarship to assist with their college education.

The 2007 scholarship winners are Breanna Sinner of Agoura High School, Shannon O'Connor of Newbury Park High School, Stephanie Greene of Westlake High School, Catherine Pringle of La Reina High School and Nicole Russo of Oaks Christian High School.

Members of the Chamber education committee presented the scholarships to each student at their respective high school's award ceremonies.
