Young achiever

UPSTANDING CITIZEN- Mark Wagner, who recently graduated from T.O. High School, earned the rank of Eagle, the highest in Scouting. For his project, he planned and organized the removal of an unsafe bench from the Conejo Valley Botanic Gardens and the design, construction and installation of two new benches. While at TOHS, Mark was an academic achiever and percussionist in the award-winning Lancer band. He's the son of Cindy and Randy Wagner.
