Newbury Park girl, 10, semifinalist in pageant

'THERE SHE IS'- Ten-year-old Kaylin Mouchwar of Newbury Park is a semifinalist in her division competing for the title of American Coed Pre-Teen Queen during the recent American Coed Pageant. The event promotes the theme "Being the best you can be." Kaylin will attend Oaks Christian School in the fall. She's a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Agoura Hills.
