Rev. Stuart Bond joins church as senior pastor

The Rev. Stuart Bond, who has served in senior ministry assignments in the Pacific Northwest and Southern California, has joined Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Thousand Oaks as its senior pastor.

Bond was installed in ceremonies on Sun., June 10 at the church, 588 Camino Manzanas at Lynn Road.

He was selected from more than 80 applicants following a yearlong search. Bond received his doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary and a master of divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary. He also has a degree in marriage and family ministry.

Bond and his wife, Cindy, have raised four children.
