Free football camp being conducted this summer

The Conejo Valley NIKE SPARQ football combine will take place Sat., Aug. 11, at Calabasas High School. The event is free to participants.

Check-in time is from 8 to 10 a.m.

High school football players will learn combine training techniques for the 40-yard dash, shuttle drill, vertical jump and bench press.

The speed clinic will focus on acceleration techniques, first-step quickness, lateral speed, change of direction and explosive power.
