Westlake/T.O.

A serial bank robber known to have been involved in six other incidents in the L.A. Basin hit a bank in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard at 1:17 p.m. May 30. He walked up to a cashier and handed over a note that demanded cash and said he had a gun. He fled with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was a white male (5foot8 or 5foot-9) who wore a light-colored shirt with gray slacks. No weapon was seen.

Following a traffic accident at 10:03 p.m. May 20 at Westlake Boulevard and Bridgegate Drive, a male, 28, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.

A known suspect vandalized Westlake High School with graffiti between May 14 and 22.

A business window was smashed and items were stolen on May 20 or 21 in the 2600 block of Townsgate Road.

After being involved in a confrontation with another driver at 2:48 p.m. May 16 at Westlake Boulevard and Townsgate Road, a male, 52, was arrested for smashing the windshield of a vehicle, causing $1,500 damage.

Between May 16 and 21, property was stolen from a vehicle in the 3800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A vehicle window was smashed and items were stolen in the 1000 block of Via Colinas the night of May 21.

A notebook computer was stolen between May 18 and 21 in the 2800 block of Townsgate Road.

Property was stolen from a carport in the 600 block of Hampshire Road between May 17 and 24.

A home was broken into between May 23 and 27 in the 1200 block of Heritage Place.
