Condo project a bad idea for Newbury Park

I am appalled by the condos arising at Reino and Maurice Drive in Newbury Park. The condos are practically on top of Reino Road.

Residents who will be living in the condos will be breathing the fumes of passing cars and trucks on Reino in addition to the diesel fumes of Albertsons' delivery trucks. Studies have revealed that residents living near freeways and main roads are more prone to respiratory illnesses.

Before moving to Newbury Park, I lived in Tarzana next to the 101 Freeway and developed respiratory problems. What did the planning commission have in mind when they gave a green light to this project?
