The city needs more facilities for entertainment

Can anyone tell me why we have such a huge population in Conejo Valley and absolutely no recreational facilities?

Where are a bowling alley, ice skating rink or skateboarders' park? Instead, we have restaurants and movie theaters galore. Not even an IMAX.

Boring!

The vacant Kmart and old Home Depot buildings would be perfect for any of the above.

My family and friends don't appreciate traveling to Simi Valley and Camarillo for recreational facilities that should exist in our lovely city of Thousand Oaks.

Can't we be a little more creative than putting up more strip malls containing franchised sandwich shops?
